Ricky has been to my house for A/C issues twice. Once on a Sunday! I could not believe he even answered the phone. I certainly would not expect that, but he answered and was able to get there and fix a part that was failing. He's very kind, efficient, explained things simply, and the price was reasonable. The second time was less urgent, but he handled a plugged drain quickly and again, he was easy to reach, in communication, and the payment process was also easy. He's my new Heating & Air guy for sure!
